About NTU Prince House |

NTU Prince House is a part of BOT projects between NTU and Prince Construction including Shiu-Yuan Dormitory & Chang-Hsing Dormitory. Prince House provides a variety of accommodation needs for NTU students. The dormitory mainly provides high standard of living and unique student housing style which includes 24-hour front desk service and management, beautiful landscape, and public facilities. Therefore, students will enjoy a safe, convenient, and comfortable living space.

◎IntroductionThere are three buildings in Shui-Yuan Dormitory which include 1841 rooms and 2362 beds. The spacious garden landscape allows the students to have a relax place to stay. Besides that, the dormitory management style and access card control system provide a safe and comfortable home in Taipei city to each student.◎LocationThe dormitory is located near the famous Gong guan district which is near the Museum of Water Park And Guting Park. Both places provide historical and cultural atmosphere. The convenient location allows student to have easy access to public transportation and various shops.
